I’ve been traveling since Friday, and I haven’t had a chance to sit down and blog like I like doing. At least tomorrow I start working out again on a normal schedule. Today I did a quick chest workout - sets of three until my three-rep-max, and I somehow successfully managed to do a bench press set of three at 100 pounds without failing.
So far I’ve liked Michigan. It’s very different from New York, but I think I like the change. Things seem like they will settle down for the next couple of years, and I will be able to really focus on myself without being too stressed.
In other news, I am so excited for leg day tomorrow. Back on the horse ;)
