I completely agree with that! If the women are going in there to do cardio, it’s much more useful to spend 30 minutes doing HIIT or just hitting it hard than jogging or using the elliptical for an hour, which leaves you wrecked, burns a similar amount of calories, and like you said, starts to take away muscle.
