I think that it depends on the workout that is taking place
That’s a good point. I love all of those home workout videos that are only 30-minutes long because they are high intensity for a full 30 minutes. But if you are doing heavy lifting there is no way you can get enough rest in between sets to have an effective workout in 30 minutes. That’s why I have to lift for like an hour and a half every day - it’s effectively 60 minutes of work and 30 minutes of rest!
