Lift Heavy

Progress! Almost three weeks into prep for my powerlifting competition. Still 7 weeks out so I’m sure I’ll be able to get down to the 114 weight class again without an issue. In the meantime I’m just enjoying that my ab definition is coming back a bit. :)
I’ve been cutting just a few bad things like the amount of alcohol I drink and fried foods, and lifting heavy five days each week. It just takes hard work, and patience (patience is my biggest issue). . 
After today’s heavy workout I’m starting my last de-load week before the week leading up to my competition. I’ve been hitting all my marks and I’m psyched to peak on Saturday and then start my last cycle! Boo yaw!
