And I still don’t have a real answer for you. Heliotropin has definitely improved my sleep and recovery time, and when I’m not at the gym my behavior is not unlike a sloth. (I watched 8 seasons of grey’s anatomy in a month last summer. I’m that lazy. We’re talking 12 hour marathons on the weekends) And I eat a lot. And my Olympic workouts are cake, so those are like “active rest days” for me. Basically it just works for me. And I like being at the gym so I’d rather have 5-6 hour-long workouts than 3 two-hour workouts.
But mostly cocaine and steroids.
